Our high precision steel coil slitting line improves in many parts, can give good stability and precision.
1.Pinch roller plays deflection guide role while pinch feeding, preleveler releases steel sheet internal stress.
2.Side guide unit: add 1 over 2 rollers, pneumatically press down upper roller, to guide steel strip from side and up-down direction before slitter.
3.Slitter:

• high precision tools Disc slitting knives: SKD-11, HRC 60-62, knife thickness tolerance within ±0.003mm
• double slitter heads automatic exchanging with each other on exchange base, one slitter is working online while workers can arrange knife tools on the other slitter, automatically check arranged knife clearance.
• Rotating turret for tools changing, two pairs of cantilever shafts, one pair for receiving old tools, the other pair for installing new tools, the tools arranging is offline, not bothering inline working.

4. Scrap winder: hydraulic horizontal winding, scrap baller & chopper opitonal
5. Pre separating and tensioner: all separating shafts are the same and easily dismantled and installed.
tension provision is variable piston pump hydraulic system,two hydraulic cylinders on top give balance pressure.
Tension is provided by wool felt and rollers type.
6. Post shear and Deflector roller: post shear cut off irregular strips tails,making packing on recoiler easier.
Encoder on deflector roller track the slitting length and shows on touch screen.
7. Recoiler: portal frame overarm separator to hold slit strips separately in neatness.
