High Precision Stainless Steel Coil slitting line, very strong and very precise. Because, compared with normal carbon steel Yield strength ≤350Mpa Tensile strength≤550Mpa, stainless steel sheet strength Yield strength ≤550Mpa Tensile strength≤780Mpa and much higher elastic strength

As high quality steel, stainless steel sheet surface is bright and smooth, must be well protected in slitting process, all the transmission rollers are PU rubber coated.

Characteristics

1. Very Strong cantileveler decoiler and coil opening press roller and peeler shoveling plate, with paper peeling device

2.Slitter: slitter stands, shafts, knives are bigger and stronger than normal slitter. Drive motor power is about 40% more than normal model slitter.

3.All transmission rollers are PU rubber coated to avoid STS sheet surface from scratch.

4.Accumulator pit loop is longer and deep enough to make sure elastic stainless steel strip accumulating.

5.Tension provision unit own both roller and wool felt to provide adjustable stable tension for recoiling.

6.Recoiler has portal frame type overarm separator, from top to press separating strips.

7.Slitting speed up to 120m/min, high precision slitting.

8.Slitting knives will be special material SKD11, H13K, SLD,etc.

9.Hydraulic system, such as hydraulic cylinders, valves, are robust and more durable.

Slitting Precision:

• Slit widths tolerance:≦0.10mm; Slit width＜300mm, thickness ＜1.2mm, slit width tolerance≦0.05mm;
• Slit camber:≦0.5mm/M for strip of wider than 300mm, ≦1.0mm/M for strip of <300mm. The edge strips within 100mm of mother coil edge are not in the restriction.
• burrs:≦0.05mm, or say, no more than 5% of over 1mm thickness strip slitting at stable speed under conditions of sharp knives and proper knife gaps.
• Recoil staggering≦±0.5mm (at stable speed, speed change not so fast
• Recoil turriform:≦±2.0mm (at max coiling diameter
