Stainless Steel Sheet Flying Shear cut to length line is advanced cut to length machine, with following characters:

• faster line speed, faster cutting frequencies, higher production of cut sheets.
• stainless steel sheet 0.3 -3 x 1600mm, can be easily cut by one rotating shear: the sheet runs at stable speed, fly shear fast cut off a sheet while synchronously tracking the running sheet, the track cutting process takes about 0.5s, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. line speed 80m/min
• Specially suitable for short sheets, frequency can be around 100pcs/min x 0.8m length.
• the leveler 6high, double layers of work rollers, double layers of middle rollers and double layers backup rollers.
• Backup rollers contact pressure is automatically adjusted by pressure sensor and servo motors.
• Paper depeeling device, film coating device are available.
• Dual stackers: four stages of convey belts to deliver sheets to dual stackers, dual X lifting tables and dual output roll tables.
• Sheet length range 200-3000mm, max 6000mm.
