Light Gauge High Precision Automatic Steel Sheet Slitting Line

Automatic steel sheet cutting line is a machine used for cutting and cutting metal steel plates, which can accurately cut steel plates of different specifications and thicknesses.

Its working principle is to unwind the steel plate from the large roll, undergo transverse and longitudinal shearing, and finally obtain small steel plates that meet the required size and specifications, and then roll them up. This machine integrates multiple functions such as unwinding, cutting, and rewinding, and can achieve automated operations. While ensuring effective production, it improves production efficiency and product quality.

Light Gauge Precision Steel Sheet Slitting Line is customized as per customers coming steel coil sheet dimensions & weight as well well finished baby coils specification and production. Slitting speed is optional 100m/min, 120m/min, 150m/min, 200m/min plus down time(the time of loading, threading and unloading) within 10minutes. average 15T coil needs 30minutes, each day 8hours can slit 240T.

Composition

Coil preparing saddle, Coil loading Car, Uncoiler, Coil head Opener, Pinch feeder & Pre-leveler, Shear, Pit accumulator 1, Entry guide, Slitter, Scrap winder, Pit Accumulator 2, Tensioner and Pre-separator, post shear and deflector roller, recoiler with overarm separator, coil discharging car, (turnstile)

• Uncoiler: single mandrel cantilever type for coil load 15-20T or double taper heads uncoiler for 20 -30T
• Pinch feeder and Preleveler: pinch feeding steel strip to slitter in Jog and feed strip into pit accumulator in automatic mode.
• Slitter is the heart of the slitting line, install disc knives, spacers, rubber rings or wooden strips to realize slitting, double slitters fast exchange is optional
• Slit tails press roller: installed on roll table over scrap winders, to press slit strips tails not fall into pit loop.
• Scrap winder: vertical type or horizontal type is available, wind up edge scraps.
• Strips separating: three times strips separating( twice before tension, once before recoiling).
• Tensioning station: channels slotted beams clamp wool felt to provide ajustable recoiling tension.
• Deflector encoding roller: deflect strips direction before recoiling and measure line speed to realize synchronization between slitter and recoiler
• Recoiler: seamless mandrel or normal segments mandrel are available, to wind up strips in order under press strips separating.
